Pros

Great people. Everyone does care about each other. Balanced work/family environment. Have a viable product to sell to every small to medium size business.

Cons

Nobody knows who we are. The ultimate jack of all trades master of none environment. Far too much put on sales force. Selling, collections, customer service, art design, website design....good luck finding time to do all effectively. Main problem is each product/division is its own business with established competitors for each market. Seems like you are working for 5 companies and getting paid by one.

Pros

There are terrific people here and the environment is pretty relaxed. This could be a great place to work with improved management.

Cons

The larger company is struggling to stay afloat placing tremendous pressure on the digital products to get to market and generate revenue. Harried management is ill-equipped to lead teams to success.
