      hibu will face challenges as they work to change the company. This is a company that's constantly changing, which is exciting and fun, but certainly dramatic changes in the way they do business can be hard on an employee.

      Pros

      It is very fast paced and always changing to ensure we as sales people are armed with the latest and greatest products to offer our customers. As consumers continue to change their behaviors its important to me that I work for a company that will change with them. hibu clearly is doing this as we are making the transformation from a traditional advertising company to a full fledge digital solutions provider to local businesses and I love every day I walk in the door to go to work!

      Cons

      I love the constant change because consumer behaviors are changing, but that requires educating youself on the new products and services to effectively sell them.
