Thank you for your feedback and 5 years of service to the company. We agree that among other things, the flexibility of our sales position is a great part of working at Hibu. While a small portion of our customer service operations is outsourced, the majority is still based out of the United States.

Pros

Everyday was terrible here... but hey at least there's a ping pong table! Oh and every salesperson sacrificed their holiday bonuses to pay out a TV for a contest that 90% of us had no chance of winning... without our approval. So if your that guy that is going to win a flat screen TV hell yeah! If your the rest of the room clapping as you give away a Christmas bonus...kinda makes ya feel terrible inside.

Cons

Well where do I begin? Zero communication between mgmt and employees and any interactions with your superiors just showcases that they have A.) No clue what you're talking about. B.) No ability to learn the answer and C.) Only came for a check and nothing more or D.) All of the above. No opportunity to communicate with other employees to grow the knowledge pool on the floor. Unless your a "favorite" then you really don't have to work at all. They hand out hot leads to top sellers and give the other 95% 10 ton haystacks that have 1 needle per haystack. This is coupled with the audacity to tell you to be more like the people who are selling. (The same people that are being handed needles, not haystacks) Yellow book is old school American business circa 1975-1987, they step on the backs of those who make them money in order to make more money. They could not care less about you. I literally quit because after being diagnosed with pre-cancer cells in my colon they responded with "Well we understand but we need you to be on time, make sales goals and operate as if nothing is wrong with you." GTFO here, this place is the yellow book's corpse that's been reanimated to suck the purpose , brains and souls from all who dare enter. If that's not the most accurate description of this place i don't know what is.

Pros

There is nothing that is positive about the company or the management.

Cons

This a division of Yellow Book and management is horrible. The sales posistion is less than entry level and they use old ways of selling. They try and lead their sales team by putting them down if they dont get results
