      Pros

      Not micromanaged. Ability to manage your own work schedule and time off. Quarterly goals are attainable. Top performers are rewarded but must work a lot.

      Cons

      Company is expanding product line very quickly and revenue goals/expectations are typically unrealistic. Lack of training on new products and the amount of changes in products is tough to keep up with... think Amway! Management will overlook actions of unethical reps as long as they are producing.

      Pros

      Great Products, Great Industry, The Company as a whole is Great. We offer real business solutions to local small to medium size businesses.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. I have a hard time understanding how Joe Walsh lets these morons continue to run this company into the ground. There is no autonomy and your every breath is monitored...even if you are a top performer. Don't buy the BS if you interview with this company. I have friends who work for YB all over the country and they all echo the same...a drastic change is desperately needed.

      Great place to get your feet wet into sales - a lot of great real-world training and a real testiment as to whether you are fit for sales or not

      Cons

      Customer Service Issues, Claims, Billing, etc make reps lives much harder than they need to be - you must take loss for accunts that go out of business - the economy has made a huge impact on sales
