      The worst experience in my career.

      Pros

      the work place was neat and hygienic. Some folks were nice and friendly. The location is good and can be accessed by public transportation.

      Cons

      Management has people who have been in the company for several years and they think they own the company. New idea are not appreciated and things are done in a very old and mundane fashion. There is a lot of bias and favoritism. This is true for the customer service department.

      Pros

      Adequate insurance benefits, good opportunity for someone who needs exposure to and/or enjoys cold calling business to business. Name recognition. One can make a moderate living, but, as in many of today's sales environments, very high pressure to perform with minimal support.

      Cons

      Requires high pressure sales approach, products overpriced and underperforming, requires considerable windshield time and 20% overnight travel. Minimal reward for performing.

      Pros

      If you are willing to work hard, do your own cold calling and networking, and always keep your goals in mind, you can make a lot of money and meet a lot of interesting business owners.

      Cons

      Company is replacing revenue accounts who used tp spend thousands with new businesses only willing to invest a few hundred, but keeps focusing on new productivity over sales retention.
