      Pros

      YB has something that biz's need, a way to advertise. So the product is there. The materials you need to succeed are there. The support you need is there. The incentetives are there, The benefits are there. You just need to bring your " I'm won't settle like most nine to fivers" attitude and you'll be the one your friends hate!

      Cons

      Advertising is the first thing businesses cut when biz is bad or economy is bad. You really have to put yourself in position to counter these times.

      Pros

      One gets plenty of freedom to plan and work accounts. Media Pro makes it extremely easy to submit contracts and communicate with anyone in the system.

      Cons

      Although, there is a lot of freedom to work one's accounts, work activity must reported daily and new business is greatly emphasized. One is also burdened with collections and an enormous amount of accounts which do not want to renew.

      Pros

      Training is bar none the best in sales ! Managers treat you fairly once you prove yourself to them. Overall a fari place to work, beneftis are good stock program, etc...

      Cons

      Your on a sinking ship with a product that may not exist in a couple of years. Generally your customers hate you and the product. You build relationships with people, they get few if any results. and the company is quick to sue's them. Not Classy! Goals are unattainable. Salary is just base, you[ll never see the commission they promise you.
