Pros

Constantly Motivating the Sales Floor with Different Contests and Promotions... If you are a good salesperson, they will leave you alone. They are doing the best they can to transition with the times....however late to the game.

Cons

Many New Products they are banking on to be a success.... Management seems to be in dissaray.... 401k match has been decreased.. Stock options have been cut..... Possibly trying to grow to fast, too soon....time will tell

Pros

Sales Quota is very attainable and if you make sales quota then comes quarterly and annual bonus that will put you over $70K easily 1st year. You dont start over each year as theses are all annual contracts with residual income & commisions. Most of the sales people I know that have been on board over 4 years are making $120K - $150K each year. Benefits are great and cheap.Management if I want to go into management all I need to do is make sales quota and be employed there 1 year and I can enter management training.Flat expense account is nice - after training you start receiving a seperate check monthly for about $750 for car & cell phone.

Cons

It took a while to get going - low base salary before you start selling, during training. They do offset that with an additional base before you have any commisions coming in.

Pros

Compensation is pretty good compared to other sales jobs I've seen posted. It's not rocket science and if you are willing to break a sweat you can do well.

Cons

The industry as a whole (yellow pages- print & online) is a scary place to work in if you're not retiring in the near future. It's becoming a harder industry to work in and is certainly not what it used to be.
