Pros
Sales Reps were able to manage their own schedule if achieving their objectives. Good money and there is a direct relationship to how hard you work and how much you make. Great people that want to find success together. Mid-level Management cares about their people and customers. Has been sliding for past few years and headed down.
Cons
Products have been marginal. At one time Hibu had great digital products that worked for their customers. More recently, the back office has been struggling to fulfill product features and therefore poor results
