      Pros

      Hibu is a multi-national company with all the challenges that go with being spread across the regions, and employing over 10,000 people. This is a great time to be here due to the amount of change and opportunity to improve on the existing high standards. If you like a technology, and a good challenge, hibu has deployed a lot of great technology and continues to invest in new, agile platforms.

      Cons

      Due to a history of slow and stagnant change process, the company finds it's self in a race to compete in an ever changing market. Those on-board with the change will find the future rewarding, but there are still those that hang onto the past and won't accept the mistakes that were made, leading to more of the same issues recurring

      Pros

      I've been really impressed with Hibu ever since I arrived. The training has been really comprehensive, but balanced so that knowledge retention is very high. Everyone seems extremely friendly and supportive, from co-workers to management. As long as you give it your best, you will do well here.

      Cons

      Genuinely cannot think of any so far.
