      Pros

      We are a house-hold name (yell.com / yellow pages), which makes it much easier to get appointments with potential customers. Products we have are the best in class, and we have great stats to prove how well they can work. The fact that we can measure the performance of our existing customers' advertising programmes allows us to be transparent, and provide consultative advice...rather than just "selling." The monetary rewards & incentives are also very good. Finally, the fact that we all now get to work in a single market (relatively close to where we live) is a massive bonus when it comes to work-life-balance.

      Cons

      There is a lot of focus on acquiring new customers, which can be time consuming & is hard work (but I think that's probably the case in any industry). Some internal systems / processes are a bit clunky.
