      Came in for the industry recognized top sales training, stayed because of the people I get to work with every day.

      Pros

      This is a sales driven company. They recognize the importance and power in a strong sales force. They reward hard work and over achievement. Good sales people can make really good money. I was able to build my dream house, go on worldly vacations, put money away for my kids college fund, and save for my retirement with the money that I am making here. But I also work very hard for it. You get back what you put in.

      Cons

      It's a tough industry with a lot of competition. The strong sales people thrive, but this is not for the weak of heart or someone without personal drive and motivation. You selling skills will be tested. This is not a 8 to 5 job. It requires more time and energy than the average job, but if you have the sales skills and have the desire to make money and move up, this is for you.

      Pros

      Great rewards for Achievement, very well looked after with all the perks and extra benefits. Fantastic training and support!! Much is expected but much is given to support this expectation. Very clear direction! The people we work with make all the difference and the job very enjoyable.

      Pace of Change, but this is to be expected in a constantly moving market!

      Pros

      We continue to conform to what our clients want and need. We have evovled ourselves into a leading digital provider and offer everything our clients need to complete in the digital arena. The best thing, with sales, is we have some veterans doing extremely well and some of our biggest successes have come from our newest sales reps!

      Cons

      As all companies do, when going through change, we have seen some growing pains. The best part about it is that we are past those changes and are now pointed in the right direction to make a big impact with website and other digital sales.
