Work from home. Excellent benefits.

If you like to be micromanaged, make hundreds if not thousands of outbound telemarketing cold calls each week, work 50-65 hours a week, have little to none management support, work under sales quotas that are practically impossible to achieve, work in a team with high employeee turnover, get the absolute worst customer support for your clients, sell digital products that perform well under client expectations, face large client cancellations from your book of business, and more, then you will love working for Hibu! Make no mistake about it - Hibu is a boiler room telemarketing operation where the heat is turned up and one's job is in jeopardy daily. I would suggest you look at the number of jobs openings every day online for Hibu. I have had 3 direct Managers at Hibu leave Hibu that were either terminated or left Hibu on their own. If you do take employment with Hibu make sure you keep your resume updated because you will be needing it in less than 90 days.

Cons

If you don't sell something a month out of training they write you up You ask for help. They say they will and they wont. If you have no sales in 2 months out of training your fired
