Health and Dental Benefits and 401K.

Cons

If you like cold calling the entire day this is the job for you. Digital products are not anything special that other companies don’t sell. Fulfillment processes could be better

We do however have a sophisticated Sales Planning department that works extremely hard generate high value leads for all of our Sales Representatives. Pros

If you're on a great team with a good manager, the experience is enjoyable. If you're just coming out of college, it gives you steady income as you build your experience and resume in digital marketing.

Cons

The "goal-posts" kept moving to where achieving 100% payout was no longer truly attainable. Not really a position for a more established professional.
