Where do I start... 1.) Constant turnover in office due to employees simply getting fed up with how terrible of a company Hibu is. 2.) No new hires to replace the employees that leave (example: 4/7 managers have left since ive been here and not one has been replaced, lose on average on Digital Service consultant per week) 3.) Constant changing of your job title, job duties, bonus structure, with no warning whatsoever! 4.) If you ever have a problem with the company DO NOT GO TO HR! I learned that the hard way, during my talk (or should I say interrogation) with HR they were nothing but condescending the entire time and clearly didnt care about my concerns, following my meeting I never received any followup like promised. 5.) Your starting wage is $17.43 which is nearly $2 below industry minimum SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

As with any company, change is inevitable in order to continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers in an ever changing space like digital marketing. Job Flexibility Training Sales Tools On-Going Sales Training Benefits Good Comp Plan IF you can sell and you can work the plan They provide great training, all the support you need. Your success here boils down to the amount of sales talent and grit you bring to the role.

Cons

-No cohesion within my team. Team does not collaborate and meetings offer little opportunities to engage with the team. I have heard other times are much better at this then ours -Not really a con, but if you're not confident in your sales ability- This is not the job for you. -Due to some Digital Service Consultants being overworked/under-trained- we have produced several sub par campaigns resulting in cancellations, charge-backs and blows to our a reputation within the marketplace. ( I do work with many great DSCs, but in the mid range spend its hit and miss on these folks unfortunately) -Confusing and ever changing commission schedules are challenging to understand
