      I can't say enough positive things about Hibu. The management team is extremely supportive. They will bend over backwards to help you succeed. In fact, all the reps in the entire region are so positive & willing to help in any way. The training Hibu provide gives you all the tools you need to have a rewarding, fulfilling career. With the constant ongoing training, we stay up to date with the leading edge technology as sales reps & as a company. This in turn creates extremely happy customers. You are able to write your own paycheck with the incentives they give us! The advancement opportunities are fantastic, whether you want to move up in management or sales. No wonder why Hibu is one of the top 50 companies to work for! I'm planning to retire with Hibu & am so grateful for Hibu & the opportunities it has given me!!

      There really are no cons with Hibu. You just need a good work ethic & determination!

      good compensation, good coworkers, solid commission plan

      Cons

      accounts are dead ends sometimes, update to salesforce makes sales process more restrictive
