Pros

There are good people who genuinely care about their work, and the hybrid schedule offers flexibility.

Cons

Compensation is below market, career advancement is limited, and workloads can be inconsistent. The company’s “family to employees” value feels literal. It’s run like a family business with the CEO hiring relatives and family friends for roles they aren’t qualified for. I appreciated my team, but when concerns were raised, leadership was dismissive and responded with, “Welcome to Higginbotham.” The organization’s rapid growth has also weakened its sense of community.

Great people that treat their employees and clients the best!! Many companies brag about their culture, but this is the first company I have been at that really lives up to their word. Could not recommend enough!!
