must be a self starter if in sales, but that goes for any sales position. It's a career opportunity not a job.

Many really great people, no shortage of challenges, and exceptionally competent insurance professionals. If you enjoy sales and have an aptitude for it, you can be very successful here.

Cons

If you are not an actual revenue-producing salesperson, you have little value to this company. There is no real opportunity for advancement. Pay is substandard for service-level employees. No work/life balance.
