Everyone is friendly, the environment is definitely the best of any places i’ve worked!

Cons

The company is growing very fast, they definitely do need to fix certain things, including the accounting department.

Great nice office, amenities, group activities, PTO, not much micro managing

Cons

Constantly doing more than one job for no additional pay (handling at least 2 books at a time), high expectations with more volume than one can handle and not enough budget to hire enough people to handle the load. No changes with high turnover. Lack of accountability and annual reviews/increase. Only can grow if you know someone/have family within Higg. Very quantity over quality and corporate.
