Higginbotham has been a phenomenal place to work. This place truly is the epitome of a "work family." everyone is always willing to help you, the company pours into employees in so many ways, and I truly get excited to come to work each day.

Cons

I don't have many cons to share at all besides that the Fort Worth office is spread between many buildings right now so we aren't a cohesive branch.

Pros

I've been an Account Manager here for almost seven years, and my team is a huge part of why I’ve stayed. Two years ago, Higginbotham acquired us, and I’ve been impressed with how well they’ve integrated our ideas and preserved our unique company culture. Rather than imposing their own practices, they’ve been open to learning from our team and adapting to what’s made us successful. There’s also been great support for personal and professional growth, and I've had opportunities to take on new challenges within the company.

Cons

Like any larger organization, there are some growing pains post-acquisition. There’s still some occasional red tape with new systems and processes, but it’s improving with time.
