Pros

Houston office had a great group of people, flexible schedules, company is growing, privately owned. Nice work environment. This company has been my favorite company to work for.

Cons

No clear path to advancement, no clear path to anything really. They like to hire family members which can sometimes be a conflict of interest/favoritism company wide.
