Pros

Limited to no management fly freely to enrich managing directors take and take they will.

Cons

Firm hierarchy centered a bunch of former frat boys that was removed twice from UNT for unethical behaviors and activities. Their goals of enriching their managing directors & themselves at employees expense. Promote former felons and employee perpetrators.

Pros

*Hybrid work *Alot of Team building days * You will eatt alottttttt here * You’re like family *Gain connections here fast.

Cons

•To many clients placed on you due to this site being understaffed. •Directors are leaving and work is passed down to the next director and same for the rest of the staff. • The team lead is there on the HR HC Salon Holding side and she’s a hand full and the director has her over the department because she can’t do the work because she’s overloaded with work or doesn’t want the headache to learn it. •Payroll is working out hard issues and running people away at the same time due to management skills. •Low pay for much to due. • They don't listen to what you want , your voice doesn’t matter.
