Committed to community, both internal and external. Great group of people. Flexible work environment.

Cons

No 401k match. Offer stock option in company as alternative. Starting PTO is 13 days (kind of low for experienced personnel).

Employee engagement and wellness was good.

Cons

Company "shares" program was convoluted and not ultimately beneficial to the employee. A basic 401k plan would have been better.
