Cons

must be a self starter if in sales, but that goes for any sales position. It's a career opportunity not a job.

Great atmosphere and employee culture, great work life balance, team attitude, flexible ability to work in the office some days and at home others as needed, employee stock options available.

Cons

Don’t contribute to 401k, benefits could be better, stock options are hard to grow if you’re just starting off there. Great for people who have been there forever.
