Pros

Very laid back and friendly feel. Always treats and small thank you for the staff. Helpful co-workers even people who are not in your department will help you...NO JOKE. Never experienced anything like it.

Cons

The only con I can think of was there were some instances where rules didn't apply to more senior personnel but junior staff they were enforced.
