Beautiful new office, Great people to work with. Flexible schedules. It is still a Privately owned Company.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming at times. Health Benefits are just OK.

I had an overall good experience, but turnover is high

Pros

- Loved the account managers and the team I worked with. I learned a lot from them - Supervisor knew the job and took the time to coach, mentor and help me with complex issues - Hybrid Work Schedule

Cons

- I handled more accounts and got paid the same as other peers working for other agencies - High turnover and the best two leaders we had quit within a month of each other - Two of the older producers are challenging to work with and they are not coached on their behaviors so nothing changes
