      They are fair, honest, and transparent. You know ahead of time what it going to be hard and what is going to be a rewarding aspect of the job.

      Wasn't impressed with management there. If you aren't a favorite, things can be very political.

      Cons

      Lots of politics. Remove this and it will be a great company. Compensation plans change without notice.
