A perk for working with HFC is they offer clinical supervision if needed for licensure.

Cons

Lack of diversity in management and clinicians, lack of leadership and guidance, inconsistent procedures, lack of plan to resolve clinically related issues, unrealistic expectations which make it difficilt to maintain life work balance, unapproachable individuals in mangement

Toxic dynamic between staff. Poor quality of care given to patients. Cookie cutter treatment approach. Not a safe place for high risk patients.

Unprofessional management with no training to be in the positions they're in. The only thing they accomplished is befriending the right people. They run the company like a high school club
