Pros

Flexible work schedule. Salaried employment.

Cons

Racist co-workers. Cliques of co-workers that make it clear you're an outsider. This office in specific was not LGBTQ+ friendly. Management only treats their friends with grace and everyone else has to suck it up. Large turn around rate and unable to refill positions leaving you to be doing the job of 3 and being paid for one. The only opportunity to move up is if someone moves out and that promotion might not be a choice anymore.

Pros

The company is team oriented. The supervisor has an open door policy. The weekly team meetings are helpful in determine how to best move forward with clients, it’s not only a time for updates but brainstorming.

Cons

The schedule is inconsistent. However, it was something that can be discussed with the supervisor.
