Pros

The Pay is decent for the Warehouse. Special events during holidays, games and prizes

Cons

Work is never good enough just keep pushing and pushing. Management does not handle any problems you bring to them.

Pros

I have worked for the company for 2 years as a Production Associate and HLF Newport News is a fun place to work. New management has made good changes for the hourly people and HR is always planning fun events for us throughout the year. I love my job!

Cons

The pay is laid out for you on a scale so you know how to advance and what pay you will get in the position you are in so there are no surprises. But higher pay is always good so that would help. I don't really have anything else to say that's bad about the company.
