Pros

Good pay and benefits. No other Pros for this company. Since I have to put 20 words in this place, I'll say see Cons comments below. There are not enough Pros for 20 words.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. Too many people with their own agendas and silo mentality. Always willing to throw someone under the bus. Upper management way over stated profits. Run down equipment. Run run run without regard to equipment. plant infrastructure or affect on employees. Awful place to work.

When hired you get two weeks paid vacation available

A lot of 6 & 7 day workweeks. No Training, No career mobility, departments tend to keep to themselves
