Pros

Great campus, engaged students, general account added every semester, located in North Carolina

Cons

Overworked. Employees are told not to complain. Very high turnover. No professional growth opportunities. No work life balance. If you don't agree with senior leadership you are cast aside. Says its known for creativity and innovation but employees ideas are not listened to and leadership just does what they want. Way to much focus on Nido. Compensation is not great including both faculty and staff. Just look at the schools 990 form for a better insight.

Great student body, amazing facilities, and free dining dollars each semester

Cons

Employees are not respected and expected to work overtime regularly without getting proper compensation. They tend to burn people out quickly then replace them with a fresh grad.

University totally revamped 10 years ago. More physical growth than academic experience.

Congenial atmosphere. Lovely physical plant. Holiday bonus. Yearly gift like jackets, ipads etc

Cons

Not a lot of support for depth of academics. Strong focus on admissions correlating to dollars. Singular vision with little room for other voices. It's the administrations university, not the students.
