Beautiful campus with great facility. Colleagues are nice and friendly and students are polite in general.

Cons

Very little transparency in how decisions are made and the school has a very centralized management style in general. Employees are afraid to speak up and have to know who the right person to talk to if they need things done.

Expected to work crazy hours for next to nothing. University uses its funds to make the campus facilities better, not to reward or make their employees comfortable.
