The campus is beautiful and there are a lot of opportunities for career advancement. They are always open and looking to expand, not necessarily in this position but in other positions.

Cons

Like every company/university, there are imperfections. Diversity/inclusion and the pay should be better. Also, students will often not show up and cancel applications. That makes it difficult to plan your schedule.
