Being a student who loves their school it’s fun to be able to show it off and build some fantastic communication skills. Also great for problem solving and answering questions on the fly.

Cons

It’s only for people who really genuinely love and believe in the school.

small community; great colleagues, some great students, campus, perks, steady enrollment with no financial issues.

Cons

company-like culture; money spent on the package, not the content but which is actually appreciated or even demanded by the parents. Tenure is slowly gone. Those who failed tenure can still stay with promotion. High turnout rate for staff and faculty.
