      We are an authentic, purpose driven group of folks who rally around empowering our customers and making them successful. We're forging a new, more efficient way to build and sell homes so the path is not straightforward and it's a lot of work, but it's great to see everyone rowing in the same direction to fulfill our mission.

      Cons

      The pace of work is high-velocity, and change feels constant. This is a startup where everyone has a burning desire to succeed. It's fun and challenging, but not a fit for everyone.

      Working at Higharc, it's a classic start-up where we work hard, run fast, and do really impactful work. Everyone is empowered to do their best work, have a voice, and help shape our business to the success of our customers. We're doing digital transformation work for homebuilders, so this is no small, insignificant feat. But the results for our customers are undeniable and are really setting our customers apart from their competition.

      Cons

      It is very fast-paced, and changes are inevitable. It's probably not a good fit for someone who prefers the large corporate company vibe. If you don't mind the fast the pace of innovation and optimization towards our unified business goals, you'll be fine.
