Large and growing company with strong NYC presence.
Cons
They claim they care about work life balance but it’s really just empty words. They over work and under pay. They also discriminate as they are extremely particular in who they employ in their lifestyle hotel, to the point where an SVP outright told a colleague/Friend who was not only qualified but doing the job she asked for “you aren’t the type of person Arash (CEO) wants.
