Good salary. That's it. The only positive.

This company is a front for CigilGEO, a software company based in USA. The owner is an American that shouts at people & thinks everyone besides him is "incompetent" (to put it politely). There is no job security here - they'll start shouting at you for missing your sales targets once your 2 months are completed after joining & fire you in the third month. You'll notice that the sales & tech support teams both have seniors of several years of experience while juniors have less than 1 year of experience because the hostile work environment ensures that the juniors either quit or get fired. Also Google "CivilGEO vs Eternix" to know why seniors are quitting in mass. And most of these submissions were curated by the HR that's why someone saying layoffs as a con still gave 5 star rating.
