Pros

Fellow educators were very supportive and innovative, some of the kids were very driven and caring.

Cons

The current administration gaslight everyone, does not take responsibility for anything, and likes to blame all things on racism. She has no awareness of the toxic environment she has created, and as a result has lost about 80% plus of the original staffing. If the school stays under her leadership, it will not succeed.
