I enjoy working with youth and supporting them in getting on track for graduation. It is an easy job, and I can do what I want with the students.

Cons

I don't feel acknowledged by the admins. I would prefer to collaborate with the admins to grow and gain experience. I feel like I am just 'there' sometimes.
