Pros

I worked provider side, so I had day shift, no weekends

Cons

The company is a huge mess. Very unorganized. No open communication with management. They're allowed to treat you like dirt. They gossip about employees for everyone to hear without a care BC there are no reprocussions. No employee appreciation. They take your breaks away if the company goals aren't met as a whole, but they don't tell you what the goals are.
