Constant layoffs and poor culture and moral. Upper management only wants to hear what they want regardless of what the data actually shows. The raises are low and even if you are promoted they will only give you the minimum salary required in the new position, but would bring someone from outside in at the middle.
Ability to work from home (for now). Supportive director and coworkers
Cons
Company moving (too quickly) to working in office, even if it makes no sense for you and your job. I will drive in to work to sit in an open office space with my laptop and wired ear phones and mic to actually do my work with my team members located in different states and areas.
