Well respected company. You will develop really solid skills especially as entry level person.

Cons

Disorganized leadership at times. You’ll feel like you don’t have enough resources to do your job. At times folks pass the buck when big problems come up. From my experience limited upward opportunities/negotiating comp is very difficult
