Pros

The pay checks don't bounce. But that's about it. The people are nice to work with if they hang around.

Cons

Overwhelming lack of prioritization and planning by leadership. Top heavy with new executives who came from manufacturing or other unrelated fields. Little respect for experienced, knowledgeable, long term employees. Dwindling benefits. Offshoring and outsourcing to the extreme. Poor work/life balance.

Pros

That I am not involved with them in any way. (Insurance through UPMC NOW!!!!!)

Cons

Career crushing experience. No personal life. CLICKish organization......women, blacks, Indians, lesbians, political you name it they got a Click (and it is very negative). HR is Bad and do managements dirt work. (Until HR is replaced and outsourced). They replace periodically to keep appearances IT is being offshored to India and money is being funneled to AGH.

Pros

Great benefits, great co-workers, downtown location is great to work at.

Cons

Disconnected management. Those managers who are actually competent end up being shuffled around until they leave. It's a fan club from Manager level on up.
