Pros

Decent on site cafeteria. On site pharmacy, health center and no cost gym are the only plusses I can think of.

Cons

Work life balance does not exist. I personally was asked to suspend my education in order to work additional hours (unpaid, as I was salaried.) Staff is not respected. When I told my co-workers of my upcoming departure, absolutely every one of them said that they wished they could do the same thing.

Pros

Decent pay, but not for the required work hours. Good insurance.

Cons

Manager on call 24/7. No home life allowed. Took away the only perks, such as working from home. No bonuses in 2016. No raises, unless 2% is considered a raise. Mental health and marriage are at risk.
