Pros

You work on a team with a diverse background. Usually a few experts and some newbies. You are cross trained in this way, There is no formal training process

Cons

Deadlines and workload are unrealistic. You are to complete your work no matter the time it takes and then just put onto another unrealistic project.

Pros

Great Benefits. Very well known company that has one of the best training programs.

Cons

Not good with helping and/or allowing people to advance in their careers. If you do not know someone in another department you can be pretty sure that you are not going to move from the department or position you are in when you begin.
