Pros

Autonomy, Work at Home, flexible hours, Fair pay increases. I have worked at company for 10 years and have been treated fairly from the beginning. Upper Management will collaborate with team members they trust and does not seem to be favoritism.

Cons

not much chance of advancement unless minority. I have noticed this alot over the past few years. It seems that most of the career advancements go to minorities and women
