When I first came to Highmark, there definitely were some times when I felt undervalued as an employee; but after moving into a different department here, I love it. There are so many opportunities and the company takes great care of you. We have an onsite health center and pharmacy.

will knowingly work you into the ground and then keep pushing. extremely unreasonable expectations. poor moral. so many employees want out of their current positions that they created policies that employees are not permitted to bid for downgrades and in some verticals managers are not permitted to hire from other managers... if you don't like your current job you can quit.
