Many employees have been with the company for over 20 years, so there is a disconnect between who is the best fit for the job and who's been there the longest.

Great benefits. Only two words I can think of.

Cons

You are a number. Nothing more, nothing less. You can be replaced at any time by someone who will do the job cheaper. Management has never done the job and has no idea how to do it. Turnover rate is very high and would be higher in a better economy. They also do somethings that are illegal. You move up by who you know.
