Employee benefit package is pretty good

Cons

Always said I would have retired from This company but the culture changed drastically in the last year. The RTO requirement wouldn’t have so bad if leadership had a pulse on workload. In sales, base pay was low and had to fight for incentive each payout bc the data was always wrong or missing
