Pros
Team Managers generally do their best to smooth over the disorganization, but generally are just as burned out as other management members.
Cons
Expect perfection. If you screw up, you will be called on the carpet for it - maybe even fired. You must be perfect and fear of losing your job is a constant. Mgmt generally treats their people horribly. The top level of IT are micro managers. To survive, keep a low profile, do the work that is asked of you and be a yes person.
